Maria was a young girl caught in the playful
hands of circumstance. She once lived in
Solaris together with his father, Nikolai - a mechanical genius. Nikolai was
on the verge of completing the final tests of his recent creation,
a prototype gear that synchronizes itself with its pilot's thinking
and emotions, nicknamed "Seibzehn". This gear was yet to prove its efficiency
as the ultimate union of gear and human, ridding the elaborate
needs for mechanical intervention in the part of the rider as
the gear would move with only the need of it's pilots thoughts.

But Nikolai's works received so much
repute that the Solaris Ministry wanted his creation so much.
Thus, the military
abduction of Nikolai.
In his desperation to save his daughter, Nikolai placed Maria
in Seibzehn's cockpit, and programmed the gear to find refuge
and safety for the girl. From then on, Seibzehn became one with
Maria's thoughts and always fought for her welfare.
But now, after years of serving Shevat's military frontline,
Maria was about to face a most devastating revelation she never
