Being a Gebler officer hailing from a family of prestigious military lineage, Lt. Elhaym Van Houten is entasked with various missions ranging from the simplest to the most delicate. Aiding her in the fulfillment of her duties is the sleekly figured gear, Vierge.

Vierge, seemingly lady like and feeble at a glance, holds more power and mystery than meets the eye.

In one of the encounters with the -Lamb- Fei Fong Wong, this pink-colored gear was outmatched as it was pitted against the powerful Weltall. Elly, subdued with the drug "drive", suddenly exploded with rage and released Vierge's long hidden weapons.

Aerods, highly damaging weapons telekinetically controlled by an elite Solarian's will, flew from Vierge's concealed pod containers and blew Weltall from his ground. The Gebler troops stood aghast as they contemplated on how wrong they were to underestimate their commander's capabilities. It was evident that Elhaym was of extraordinary ancestry, as only high level Solarian will can call upon a Solarian gear's aerods.

As the "drive's" effect wore off, Elhaym was brought to her senses -- and now, a question of whether to use her powerful gear bothers her mind. For her country, or for humanity? That was the choice she was yet to make.
